In addition to her work in Boulder, over the years Kari has consulted on projects as an interior designer in Aspen, Vail, Denver, and Breckenridge.
A native of Colorado, Kari is the founder of Ace of Hearts, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters and placing them in loving homes. Her work in this area has also led to innovative design for homeowners with pets in Los Angeles and Boulder, Colorado. She is also a leading expert in green design as well as pet-friendly design. Kari’s team includes several premier architects, engineers and contractors, and key wholesale contacts in the textile, appliance, and furnishings industries.
